The
Antique Centers at Historic Savage Mill
announces the June 2004 opening of the International Antique
Design Center!
Featuring the highest quality antique
furnishings, accessories and artwork from around the world,
the International Antique Design Center will be operated
by Julie Baker, the owner/director of the Antique Centers
at Historic Savage Mill since 1988. The Design Center will
feature a truly upscale presentation from a select number
of dealers.
As with the Antique Centers, there will
be no need for dealers to be present. The Antique Centers'
qualified and experienced sales and administrative staff
will provide the same high quality of service to their dealers
and customers as they have for the last 15 years. The staff
for the Design Center will also include professional designers
to help merchandise the showroom in order to keep a dynamic
and fresh sales floor at all times.
Historic Savage Mill is nationally recognized
as one of the premier retail locations on the east coast
for antiques and specialty retail sales and is located in
the Baltimore/Washington corridor. This beautifully renovated
175,000 square feet historic textile mill offers one of
the nation's most distinctive shopping environments with
exquisite antiques, home furnishings and garden decor, fine
art, vintage and designer fashions as well as artisans specializing
in gilding, furniture and art restoration, upholstery and
more.
The International Antique Design Center
will proudly occupy 13,000 square feet in Historic Savage
